In the not-so-distant future, New York City has been blockaded leaving the empty streets at the mercy of those left behind. With rumours of the city being levelled, and not much time remaining, a few trapped NYPD officers enlist the help of a mysterious vigilante, who may be their only way past the deadly gangs of the five boroughs.
